Much of our travelling today has become somewhat more difficult. Our drivers and vehicles are at every single local airport/seaport every single day, so if nohting else they know the most recent state of affairs. Following the security measures (those keep changing too), we ask that you observe and follow the given instructions as to facilitate your boarding and disembarkation. Don't forget this is your time to have fun, let us have the headaches:

AIRPORTS AND SEAPORTS INSTRUCTIONS FOR GLOBAL LIMO CLIENTS
1.Prior to your arrival we should have your inbound party’s (or yours) cell phone contact, and you will have your driver’s cell phone as well. Sometimes there are hundreds (in case of cruise ships thousands) of people going to the same place (terminal) and it is not beyond belief that people can easily get lost. If there is anybody requiring special assistance (wheelchair or otherwise handicapped) we will provide adequate help (as long as we are informed ahead of time). Our drivers have all gone through intensive in-house training so that the client’s passage is as smooth as possible, as long as we get all the required information ahead of time.
2.Once your booking is finalized, you will obtain a confirmation number, which is usually identical to your invoice number. You may require an advance copy of your entire invoice prior to your arrival, and you may select what form of payment to use – as long as we are informed ahead of time. This especially important if the arriving passenger is not the party paying the cost of our services (sometime it’s the travel agent, other times it is corporate billing).
3.Your driver will know in advance what gate and/or luggage carrousel has been assigned to your flight, and take you to identify your luggage. If you are a larger party, the driver is provided with a greeter and/or an additional person to assist with luggage handling (at an additional cost). As a rule it is groups of 5 or more persons destined to any of the cruise terminals that require this type of service since it is not uncommon for each person to have two, three or more pieces of luggage. It is absolutely necessary to provide for additional help if you are a group of 10 or more.
4.If you are scheduled to arrive from a foreign destination, please allow time for customs/immigration clearance (in Miami this is normally 45 to 90 minutes). Cruise ship disembarkation is equally a lengthy one(there are typically 2,000 to 3,000 passengers per cruise ship).
5.If your cruise/airline times are within 2 hours from each other it is unlikely that you will be able to be brought to your destination on time. Under special circumstances you may contact your chief purser with your cruise line to arrange for priority disembarkation (wheelchairs, disabled, children, early flight times) – and in most cases the cruise lines will find ways to accommodate your request. It is absolutely vital that you keep your cell phones operational so your driver can be informed on the accurate time of your being picked up. Keep in mind that no vehicle is ever allowed to be parked empty next to any cruise ship (pretty much anywhere in the world) nor to be parked empty by the airline’s curbside. Should any of the local rules be violated the driver will be sent out of the airport/cruise ship terminal and will have to re-enter (an additional 15 to 30 minutes security wait and check). It is therefore an imperative that you keep open communications with our dispatch office (open 24/7) and/or your assigned driver.
6.Upon your having arrived, the driver will handle all your luggage and take you to your destination along the most practical routing depending on that day’s traffic patterns. Most airports and cruise ship terminals will require about 45 to 90 minutes transfer (not counting any security measures, spot-checks and similar). Passengers are expected to have all their documents (Ids, driver’s license, passports) on their person, NOT in their luggage which will be in car’s trunks.
7.If your party has any additional concerns, feel free to contact us, so that we can address those issues as well. We do operate several armored plated vehicles and can arrange for armed guards. Most of our drivers have a C level security clearance with the US Department of State and will be allowed on private airport’s tarmac (landing strip). In the past engagements we have been selected to drive dignitaries from Russia, as well as Benjamin Netaniyahu (prime minister of Israel), several US Senators, which is why I am comfortable we’d be able to meet most of your concerns, as long as we are advised ahead of time.
All hourly hires (charters) are based on 3 (three hours) minimum Mon-Thu, and 5 (five) hour minimum Fri-Sat. Sun between the hours of 18h (6PM) and 23h (11PM). Grace period of 15 minutes is allowed to all guests, any time exceeding the grace period (15 minutes) will be rounded off to the next hour and added to the client's charge.
